1. Consultant – Internal Medicine
Qualifications:
MBBS degree.
Postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine (FCPS/MD/MCPS/Diploma/Equivalent) preferred.
Experience in patient care and internal medicine practices will be an advantage.

2. Principal – Nursing Institute
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse/Midwife from BNMC.
Postgraduate degree in Nursing/Midwifery or equivalent.
MPH/MPhil or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in nursing, 5 years in clinical practice, and 5 years in administrative roles.

3. Manager – HR & Administration
Qualifications:
MBA/EMBA in HRM or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR management and administrative operations.
Proficiency in HR software and computer operations is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage an efficient workforce.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM in both English and Bengali.
Prior experience in hospital or healthcare administration will be considered a strong advantage.

4. Brand Manager – Marketing & Business Development
Qualifications:
MBA/EMBA in Marketing from any public or reputed private university.
5–8 years of practical experience in corporate healthcare marketing.
Strong networking skills with consultants, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
Proven track record in brand positioning, strategy execution, and market expansion.
In-depth knowledge of hospital branding and digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.

5. Patient Counselor / Admission Counselor
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology or related fields.
1-2 years Experience in mental health services (freshers encouraged to apply).
Strong therapeutic and counseling abilities with a trauma-informed approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project needs.

6. Assistant – Graphic Design & Digital Marketing
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
Basic knowledge on computer operating systems of MS office, MS Excel
Having good computer skills with Excellent control over MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint), Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and content creation.
